Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Cycle Pty Ltd (“Cycle Pty Ltd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
collects, uses, and shares information when you use Airport Puzzle Jam (the “Game”) and the
related pages hosted at dozenlabs.com/games/airportpuzzlejam (together, the
“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not
agree, please do not use the Services.
1. At a glance
- We collect a small amount of information so the Game can save your progress, process purchases, show ads, and stay stable.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- On iOS, we ask for your permission before tracking you across other apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency).
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or opt out of personalized advertising by emailing aj@dozenlabs.com.
2. Who we are
The Services are provided by Cycle Pty Ltd. For any privacy question, request, or complaint, you can reach us at aj@dozenlabs.com. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Cycle Pty Ltd acts as the controller of personal data processed in connection with the Services.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Messages you send to support (for example, the email address you write from and the contents of your message).
- Information you choose to share when responding to in-game surveys or feedback prompts, if offered.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, language and region, time zone, app version, and a per-install identifier used for crash reporting and analytics.
- Gameplay information: levels played, level completion, stars earned, currency balances, booster usage, retries, and basic in-app settings.
- Diagnostics and performance: anonymized crash reports, performance metrics, and event logs used to fix bugs and improve balancing.
- Advertising signals: where you have given the required consent, advertising identifiers (such as the Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID) and limited interaction data passed to ad partners. Where consent is required and not given, non-personalized ads may still be shown.
3.3 Information from third parties
- Attribution and measurement signals from app stores, ad networks, and our analytics providers.
- Purchase status from Apple, Google, or other platform providers (for example, confirmation that a purchase or refund occurred).
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate the Game, save your progress, and deliver core gameplay features.
- Process and restore in-app purchases.
- Serve advertising, respect consent choices, and measure ad performance and attribution.
- Analyze usage, fix bugs, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve level design and balance.
- Respond to your questions and support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
For users in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (operating the Game), legitimate interests (improving and securing the Game, preventing fraud, basic analytics), consent (for personalized advertising and similar tracking), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share information only as described below. We do not sell personal information for money.
- Service providers that help operate the Game, including hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools, and anti-fraud providers, under contracts that restrict their use of the data.
- Advertising partners (mobile ad networks and measurement providers) where you have given the required consent for personalized advertising or where non-personalized advertising is shown.
- Platform providers (such as Apple and Google) for purchase processing, restoration, and platform-required reporting.
- Legal and safety recipients where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cycle Pty Ltd, our users, or others.
- Business transfers where Cycle Pty Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this Policy.
6. Advertising and tracking technologies
The Game may show rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads. On iOS devices running iOS 14.5 or later, we use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework and only request tracking if you permit it. On Android, we honor the Google Advertising ID controls available on your device, including any “Opt out of Ads Personalization” setting and any deletion of the advertising ID.
You can withdraw advertising consent at any time from within the Game’s settings (where the option is provided in your region) or by changing your device settings. Withdrawing consent will not remove ads but may switch them to non-personalized ads.
7. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by the platform provider (such as Apple or Google). We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction status, product identifiers, restoration signals, and refund notifications. Refund requests are handled by the platform provider under its applicable policies.
8. International data transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK and Swiss mechanisms).
9. Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations (for example, financial record-keeping), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Gameplay data tied to a per-install identifier is removed when the Game is uninstalled or after a reasonable period of inactivity. Aggregated and anonymized data may be kept longer for analytics and product improvement.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we process. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. You can exercise these rights by emailing aj@dozenlabs.com from the email address you used to contact us, or from the device on which you play the Game. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law.
- Access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Restriction or objection to certain processing.
- Portability of personal information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time where consent is our legal basis. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before the withdrawal.
- Complaint to your local supervisory authority. EEA, UK, and Swiss users may lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.
California residents have the additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, please contact us at aj@dozenlabs.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will verify your request by matching the information you provide to information we already hold.
12. Children’s privacy
Airport Puzzle Jam is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions that apply that threshold). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at aj@dozenlabs.com and we will take steps to delete it. Where the Game is distributed in markets that require additional protections for children (for example, COPPA in the United States), we follow the applicable platform and legal requirements.
13. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to third-party websites or include third-party SDKs (for example, ad networks and analytics providers). Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you in the Game or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
15. Contact
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact Cycle Pty Ltd at aj@dozenlabs.com.
